مهمتنا
المبادرة السورية لطب الطوارئ هي جهد تطوعي أسسها مجموعة من الأطباء السوريين الذين يمارسون الطب في دول مختلفة حول العالم. تهدف المبادرة إلى تعزيز مجال طب الطوارئ في سوريا والمساعدة في إعادة بناء الرعاية الصحية بعد النزاع.
أهدافنا
التعليم
نسعى لتعليم وإلهام الجيل القادم من أطباء الطوارئ في سوريا من خلال تزويدهم بأحدث المعارف والمهارات الأساسية والقيم التي اكتسبناها من خلال الممارسة في أنظمة الرعاية الصحية الحديثة، ونعمل على نقل هذه المعرفة إلى أطباء الطوارئ السوريين. لهذا الغرض، نخطط لرعاية المؤتمرات وورش العمل والندوات ومنصة التعلم الافتراضية. علاوة على ذلك، نسعى لإنشاء منهج وبرنامج تدريبي للمتطوعين والفنيين في طب الطوارئ.
التكامل الوطني
هدفنا هو تحديث وتحسين برامج التدريب عبر أنظمة الصحة المختلفة في سوريا إلى منهج وطني عالي الجودة لأطباء الطوارئ. يضمن هذا تحسين التعليم وتوفير فرص تدريب متساوية للجميع، مما يعزز نظام تدريب طبي شامل وشامل في جميع أنحاء البلاد.
بناء شبكة من أصحاب المصلحة
نعمل على تعزيز التعاون مع المجموعات والمنظمات الوطنية والدولية المهتمة بتطوير تقديم الرعاية الصحية والتعليم الطبي في سوريا، والأهم من ذلك، التنسيق مع وزارة الصحة السورية.
